We will reserve SEVEN (God’s number of completion) journal pages (counting the fronts and backs of pages as individual pages) for each Contextual Meditation. RESERVE AT LEAST ONE of the SEVEN PAGES FOR REMEMBRANCES OF FELLOW TREASURE MINERS, which will be the first exercise for each consecutive Contextual Meditation. (Contextual Meditation 7 begins on Journal Page 50.)

Follow the prompts for each exercise and record your responses in your journal as artistically as you choose.

Day 2 ~ Many Seeds ~

~ Hide God’s Word In Your Heart in keeping with Psalm 119:11. Follow this link “Greater Love” ~ John 15 to implement FIVE learning modalities.

Day 3 ~ Many Seeds ~

~ Read/Review your Tolle Lege exercises for Contextual Meditations 1-6. Continue and record your simple key-word narrative from Contextual Meditation 6 on how our A-F Scriptures define us as God’s POIEMA. (Example: Love (A), Sons (B). Rest (C) with Confidence (D). Give Thanks (E). Fear Not (F).)

~ Open your Bible to John 15. Read/Review the Tolle Lege – Take Up and Read! page. 

~ Engage the applicable Tolle Lege tools as you read and contemplate John 15 (the whole chapter).

Day 4 ~ I AM ~ Teacher ~

~ NEW! Review your Mined-Treasures – (JUST YOUR “I AM”) Journal Entries – up to this point.

~ Meditate on the last passage in the OT/left-column of the Teacher wall: Isaiah 48:16-17 as well as commentaries and cross references for the passage. Choose a question from the Contemplative Template to ask and answer as The LORD reveals Himself to you as your Teacher as you seek Him in His Word.

~ BONUS! Comparatively examine the Hebrew letters/words/meanings for Messiah and LORD.

Day 5 ~ I AM

~ Revisit and recite the “I AM!” Proclamations we have contemplated so far.

~ Re-read John 8 to remember the context of John 8:58, Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” John 8:58

~ Contemplate who JESUS is saying He is as you study the cross references and commentaries for John 8:58. Record your findings in your journal.

Day 6 ~ I AM ~ JeHoVaH Rapha ~ The LORD Who Heals

~ Revisit the “Introductory Treasures” page to listen to “Freedom in The Name” and look at the picture (Scroll down past the Hebrew Alphabet). Recite the names of JeHoVaH we have contemplated so far as you listen. 

~ The next JeHoVaH name we will study in context is Rapha, The LORD Who Heals, found in Exodus 15:26. (See meanings and Biblical references for Heal.)

Psalm 119 ~ 1-2 Journal Pages (Week 3: Days 7-10) Treasure-Mining Tools

Day 7 ~ Psalm 119 ~ Eight Thematic Words: Precepts (or a synonym from your Bible version.)

~ NEW! Review your Mined-Treasures – (JUST YOUR “Psalm 119”) Journal Entries – up to ה HE.

~ Follow these links (and others you find) to study the meaning, usage, and etymology of “Precepts”. (Hebrew etymology: and the Biblical dictionary definitions.) Reflect your examinations in your journal.

~ Open your Bible to Psalm 119. Scan the fifth strophe (stanza-vs. 33-40): ה HE.

~ Return to your journal page where you wrote just the words for the 22 Hebrew letters (Contextual Meditation 2).

~ List THE LETTER of all of the *EIGHT THEMATIC WORDS that occur in ה HE . (See an example here : EIGHT THEMATIC WORDS-.) I have chosen to list mine in alphabetical order for a cohesive view as we progress through each strophe. Put tally marks next to each thematic word that you found in the strophe.

*EIGHT THEMATIC WORDS in Psalm 119: COMMANDMENTS (C), JUDGMENTS (J), LAW (L), ORDINANCES (O), PRECEPTS (P), STATUTES (S), TESTIMONIES (T), and WORD (W). Again, your translations may have synonyms for these, so your EIGHT THEMATIC WORDS may be different words and abbreviation letters.

Day 8 ~ Psalm 119 ~ה HE

~ Behold the wonder in The Living Word video teaching on ה HE: “Secret of the Hebrew Letter ה HE“.

~ Review the lesson notes, particularly the meanings associated with ה HE here pg. 10.

~ Record the meanings of ה HE that stand out to you on your journal page where you wrote both the words and the symbols for the 22 Hebrew letters in Contextual Meditation 1. (See an example of our Hebrew Alphabet template here -2nd row, 3rd picture: SACRED ALPHABETICAL CONTEMPLATIONS ~ENGLISH AND HEBREW.)

Day 9 ~ Psalm 119 ~ Strophe 5: Verses 33-40

~ Scan, read, and meditate on the fifth strophe of Psalm 119 vs. 33-40: ה HE.

~ Find ה HE at the beginning of each verse after the Hebrew “numbers”, which are also the letters. (A visual of Hebrew Acrostic Poetry!) As desired, rewrite the verses with a meaning of ה HE as the first word.

~ Contemplate any cross references.

~ Glean from Spurgeon’s The Golden Alphabet (Starting at 2:39:27-about 35 min. or PDF Commentary pp. 60-71) ~ Psalm 119 vs. 33-40: ה HE (and/or other commentaries).

~ Reflect the TEACHINGS in your journal.
